Legal Tag - Kites & Wings

Tags complying with the Order of 6 May 2019 replacing the Order of 23 November 1987 on ship safety (Division 240) for a responsible and safe practice of your passions which stipulates: Wind-powered boards must have an identifier for the natural or legal person who owns them and who can be contacted. This identifier, in characters at least one centimetre high, must be inscribed on the sail or on a support integral to it. It must consist of either the owner's name or their telephone or electronic contact details, or several of these identifiers.

Are the tags resistant to seawater?

Yes. Our tags are designed to withstand water, salt, sun, sand, and the demanding conditions encountered when practicing water sports.

Can I use one tag on multiple pieces of equipment?

Yes. However, for optimal identification, we recommend equipping each piece of equipment with its own tag.

Do the inscriptions fade over time?

No. The inscriptions are designed to last and withstand outdoor use conditions.

What is the delivery time?

We manufacture the tags within 24 hours of the order and then drop them off with our carriers, who generally deliver within 2 to 3 days.

How do I fix my tag?

For self-locking loop tags (Legal Tag, Sport S and Sport XS), simply pass the tag through the designated hole.


For Legal Board Tags, attachment is made directly via a foot strap screw or the board's handle.
