Article 240-2.11 of the decree of 23 November 1987, as amended, provides:
Conditions of use for windsurfing boards, kiteboards and motorized waterboards

Windsurfing boards have an identifier for the individual or legal entity that owns them and allows them to be contacted. This identifier, in characters at least one centimeter high, must be written on the sail or on a support attached to it. It must consist of either the name or the telephone or electronic contact details of the owner or several of these identifiers. (...)
