The Birth of Boumerang

Kitesurfing is a big part of my family, and to be honest, it's my father who's the most passionate about it. He's lost some of his equipment before, including a brand new board... Someone probably found it, but couldn't find out who to return it to because he couldn't identify it.

This is what prompted me to design personalized labels for our sports equipment, but also for our suitcases and bags, so that it would be easy to contact us if someone ever found them. Moreover, for kitesurfing, regulations require that each practitioner write their first name, last name, and a telephone number on their equipment: boards, sails, and helmets.

Faced with the enthusiasm of family and friends for these labels, I decided to create Boumerang.com to allow everyone to benefit from them. Beyond the regulatory constraints, I wanted to transform this requirement into an opportunity, combining style and safety.

Our labels are designed to be practical, durable and elegant, perfectly suited to the world of board sports.

This is how Boumerang was born: a brand inspired by the desire to offer a reliable and aesthetic solution to all those who share a passion for the sea, the wind and travel.
